Q:How would your customers describe you to other potential customers?

A: I don’t know, we could call a couple of them... I don’t’ know... I’d like to think they’d say we do a good job, we’re honest, we do what we say we will. Yesterday a friend of mine said "we under promise and over deliver", it’s just something you’ve got to do.
